Real Estate Cold Caller

**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through cold-calling and other means of outreach
- Communicate effectively with potential sellers to identify and assess property opportunities
- Negotiate deals and close transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and transactions
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and timely closing of deals
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in over-the-phone lead generation (ideally Wholesale or Flipping Related or similar)
- Completed at least 25 real estate transactions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of real estate market and trends
Compensation
- Base Salary of $800-1200/month (depending on level of experience and proficiency)
- Commission on closing of leads of $250-500/deal
If you are an experienced and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate, we encourage you to apply.
Pay: $4,500,000 - $6,500,000 per month
