We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Spanish Cold Caller with strong English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients. This is a remote role supporting U.S.-based operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in Spanish and English
  • Clearly explain services and qualify leads
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Accurately document call outcomes and lead details in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
  • Coordinate with the team for follow-ups and scheduling

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong phone presence with clear, neutral English accent preferred
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers
  • Background in legal, real estate, or sales campaigns is a plus
