**What You’ll Do**

Are you looking for a fast-paced role? Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple teams? You’ll be responsible for maximizing representatives’ effectiveness, ensuring representatives have a thorough knowledge of products & services, and providing positive customer experiences to the customer base.

You'll report to the Director of Learning & Development. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, driven, and creative individual to work with our team.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- **Develop and Implement Training Programs**: Design, create, and deliver comprehensive training programs for existing sales team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies, sales tools, and soft skills.
- **Content Creation and Management**: Produce and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and sales guides, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Marketing**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies, messaging, and goals. Coordinate the creation of sales collateral and campaigns.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to sales team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their individual and team targets, inclusive of supporting new logo deals and embedded base clients growth.
- **Sales Onboarding**: Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are fully equipped and prepared to start selling effectively from day one.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- 2+ years experience in a training environment methods and procedures documentation and development
- Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as the ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff
- Ability to develop training and methodology programs that are unique to the organization’s goals, values, and mission statement. Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
