**We’re Hiring**: Backoffice medical assistant

**Location**: Medellín (On-site at Hotel Nutibara - Cl. 52a #50-46, La Candelaria)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
**Contract**: Full-time, on-site
**Salary**: $2.500.000
**Start Date**: Immediate

**About the Role**

We’re searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team onsite in Medellín. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients, making sure they feel supported, heard, and taken care of.

If you’re empathetic, organized, and thrive on solving problems, you’ll feel right at home here.

**What You’ll Do**:
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of each interaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and high-quality support.
Educate patients or clients about services, appointments, or next steps in their process.
Always represent the company with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

**What We Offer**:
**Fixed Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends)

**Requirements**:
English level: B2 or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with digital tools and handling multiple tasks at once
