**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience on Azure Cloud.
- Define and implement the architectural strategy for Performance, reliability, scalability, and observability across systems.
- Design and guide the implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
- Lead incident response architecture and postmortem processes.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate and integrate observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk).
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust and secure systems.
- Mentor Performance Test, SRE and DevOps engineers, and promote a culture of reliability and automation.
- Create KRA’s & KPIs to check for compliance to standard using automation.
- Create & maintain SRE Dashboard.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices.
- Lead capacity planning, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery strategies.
