Job Title: Project Manager, Media

Department: Marketing

Location: Remote

Overview

We need a detail-focused project manager for our paid media team. You will organize creative requests, manage timelines, and ensure ad campaign inputs are accurately collected. You must be extremely organized and comfortable doing detailed work every day.

What You'll Do:
Manage Creative Workflows

Use a project management platform like Asana or Airtable to track assets and organize them to be used for paid media ad builds

Build detailed project timelines and keep them updated

Coordinate between creative and media strategists and media buyers

Hold team members accountable to deadlines

Follow up with individuals over Slack when deadlines are approaching or missed.

Ensure projects move from start to finish on time.

Quality Control

Review ad creatives to make sure copy, images, and landing pages are collected, stakeholders approved, and meets specifications.

Check ad previews before they go live

Find and fix errors before ad inputs are collected for builds

Handle Multiple Projects

Manage urgent requests and planned campaigns at the same time

Track different launch dates and deadlines

Keep teams updated on priorities and timeline changes

Problem Solving

Spot issues early and suggest solutions

Use good judgment to identify when something doesn't work

Communicate clearly with team members

**Qualifications**:
Required Experience

Facebook Ads Manager experience - you understand campaign setup and ad formats (Pinterest and TikTok Ads Manager is a nice-to-have too)

Digital marketing background

Project management experience with multiple projects

Creative trafficking experience

**Required Skills**:
Strong attention to detail

Excellent organization skills

Ability to focus on repetitive, detailed tasks

Strong English speaking and writing skills

Good communication skills

Comfortable working over Slack for daily communication

Comfortable joining video calls when needed

Able to hold people accountable to deadlines professionally

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time, $ 1,000 - $ 1,500 monthly salary (depending on experience).

Fully remote with opportunity for long-term collaboration and growth.

Working hours would be based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) in Philadelphia.
