S4H Project Manager, MDS Finance Join Mondelēz International as an S4H Project Manager, overseeing MDS Finance projects to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery in line with MDLZ TGM principles. Key Responsibilities Lead project governance, budgeting, and cost control. Develop project plans, set timelines, and manage scope and resources. Coordinate and convene stakeholder meetings across cross‑functional teams. Track project progress using tools to keep tasks transparent and up‑to‑date. Monitor financials, consolidate reporting, and collaborate with Finance towers for accurate reporting. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain documentation. Ensure consistency and quality of project execution using appropriate methodology. Provide status updates through scorecards and status reports. Manage vendor relationships and oversee quality assurance. Required Qualifications 7+ years’ experience in Finance. 7+ years in Project Management (PMO). Strong understanding of finance organization and processes. Experience delivering projects on scope, schedule, and cost. Skilled in project planning and proactive execution. Analytical mindset with focus on cost, deadlines, and quality. Proficiency with data analytics tools (Tableau or Power BI). SAP user knowledge. Comfortable using MS365 tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including senior management. Travel Requirements None Work Schedule Standard 8 hours a day. Regular Shift. Education / Certifications University Degree. PMP is a plus. Job‑Specific Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
