We are South and our client is looking for an experienced Sr. Account & Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of projects.

Eligibility

- Open to candidates residing in Latin America.
- Application Language: Submit CV in English only.
- Optional Loom video presentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from scope to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders.
- Lead teams of account managers, project managers, creatives, and freelancers.
- Oversee production and post-production of video, still and design assets.
- Use project management tools to maintain schedules and documentation.
- Support new business efforts including pitch decks, RFIs/RFPs.
- Balance multiple priorities and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

- 4+ years in account/project management within an advertising or creative agency.
- Experience managing video production from prep to post.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Trello, Asana.
- Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and complex workflows.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST.

Compensation

Paid in USD.

Location

100% remote.

Contract role

2–3 months.
