**Job Purpose**:
The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management across multiple properties within their assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring cost-efficient procurement processes that align with company standards, while supporting inventory control systems and compliance with local regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute procurement strategies for multiple countries and properties.- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms.- Oversee the complete purchasing process, from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring alignment with budget and quality standards.- Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to support demand forecasting and budget planning.- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local regulations.- Implement and support inventory control systems to improve procurement efficiency.- Participate in internal audits related to procurement and supply chain processes.- Identify opportunities for cost savings, improving procurement efficiency across the properties.- Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally within the hospitality industry and in multi-property environments.- Strong understanding of inventory management processes and strategies.- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.- Fluency in English and Spanish is required- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage several countries and properties.
