**Job Title**:
**Supply Chain Department Specialists** NEEDED (Supplier Relations, Sourcing, and Account Health & Maintenance)

Our eCommerce agency is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Portfolio Management Department as Specialists in the areas of Supplier Relations, Sourcing, and Account Health & Maintenance. These are entry-level data entry positions that require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Relations Specialist**:

- Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
- Maintain supplier databases and keep track of supplier performance metrics
- Analyze supplier data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement

**Sourcing Specialist**:

- Research and identify potential new suppliers for products and services
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company
- Maintain supplier databases and keep track of supplier performance metrics

**Account Health & Maintenance Specialist**:

- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer databases and keep track of customer performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- Experience with/in Amazon Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of Amazon Wholesale experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Salary**: $2,800,000 - $5,800,000 per month
