Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the Digital Transformation strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Service & Support organization. We assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments. **What you’ll do**:
SAP D2O represents the entire lifecycle of products in an end-to-end, connected, and interoperable supply chain process from how a product is designed, planned, manufactured, delivered, to how it operates and is maintained. The BTS Supply Chain Architect (Design To Operate/ consume) role will lead innovation, digital transformation, process optimization and value realization initiatives for SAP’s largest and most important customers. The responsibilities of this role include creating strategic and tactical roadmaps based on Supply Chain business outcomes charting the deployment of digital solutions SAP offers while developing compelling business cases, value realization plans and business process transformation roadmaps to help guide our customer’s strategic decision-making activities. The BTS Supply Chain Architect will provide comprehensive advice to our customers on long
- and short-term opportunities for their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations which anticipate the future direction of both business and IT stakeholders in the Supply Chain area (Focus in Supply chain agility, transparency, sustainability and resilience through operational model optimization) The Value and Transformation advisor is a key role in customer’s transformation to a digital enterprise and cloud strategy, requiring Supply Chain knowledge and understanding of the SAP D2O solutions and platform

**Other key tasks**:

- Be the value guardian of the customer's transformation being the trusted value, change and transformation advisor, thought leader during the implementation projects with a value-driven transformation approach.
- Guide strategic decision making and drive benefits realization. Advise on the transformation towards an intelligent digital enterprise, providing knowledge and understanding of solutions and platforms.
- Support business model innovation and business process re-design/optimization based customer’s supply chain area business needs and enable by SAP’s solution and technology capabilities
- To leverage intelligent technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, ML, AI, etc., that will create new scenarios and opportunities to drive innovation and productivity that will lead to a competitive advantage.

- Facilitate collaborative business process and solution architecture discussions with our customer’s business and IT executives.

- Capability to envision the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.
- Ability to Analyze key business and IT requirements in the Supply Chain area
- Ability to connect business and IT transformation
- Financial acumen and Business case knowledge
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences

**Qualifications**:

- S/4HANA knowledge
- S/4HANA Transformation Methodology and Implementation Approach
- SAP Signavio or other BPM/BPI tools knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge and practical experience in the area of Business Process Management (BPM) and/or data-driven Process Management is a plus
- Experience in setting up holistic E2E-Transformation Processes is a plus
- 5+ years of SAP solution experience, 5+ years management consulting experience is a big plus
- 5+ years in at least one of the following industries: Finance, Logistic, Retail, Consumer Products or Oil and Gas.
- Spanish and English languages are required. Knowledge in Portuguese is a plus.
