**Job Title**: SEM/SEO Manager T-172

**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**:
As a SEM/SEO Manager, you will play a key role in our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. In addition, you'll be responsible for testing, updating and maintaining the SEO strategies for our website to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence and support our overall business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy**: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and webteam to develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.**Content Marketing**: Assist in editing and optimizing web content for SEO, including blog posts, landing pages, and website pages.**Campaign Management**: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across PPC advertising (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads).**Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and stay updated on industry changes.**Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Raventools and SEMRush and provide actionable insights to improve results.**Competitor Analysis**: Research competitors' SEO and SEM marketing strategies to identify areas for improvement or attack.**Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and SEO efforts, and share insights and recommendations for optimization.**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, developers, and content creators to ensure a consistent and effective online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
