**A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Setting SEO strategy for onsite, offsite, and technical aspects for all markets across the Latin-American region together with Global SEO department and regional marketing teams
- Alignment with Global SEO department on periodical tasks including audits, reporting and researchers etc. Reporting together on findings to relevant departments including Global SEO Tech team
- Track and report on the main KPIs to key Betsson stakeholders, Head of Marketing and Global SEO department on a regular basis
- Forecast and manage the SEO budget for the dedicated brands and markets. Lead quarterly budget planning and manage budget spend
- Represent SEO channel in quarterly performance review meetings and quarterly briefs / de-briefs
- Be the **main **point of contact for SEO related inquiries for the region. Together with SEO specialists, represent the SEO channel within the region and its markets by working closely and collaborating with key stakeholders (marketing managers, content teams, and product managers)
- Support and oversee new site launches and site migrations across all markets in the region from an SEO perspective
- Lead and manage a team of SEO Specialists in charge of executing the different SEO strategies across all markets
- Train local teams together with the support of Global SEO department on best SEO practices
- Shared successes and case studies with regional marketing teams and Global SEO department
- Correct handling of SEO tools.

**YOU’RE GOOD AT**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 5+ years of SEO experience
- iGaming experience (optional)
- Fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- Leadership
- Self-motivation
