**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Social Media Manager. The Junior Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals, as well as creating and curating content for social media platforms. Additionally, the Junior Social Media Manager will analyze social media performance metrics, compile reports, and share insights that inform future marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization
- Experience with ZOHO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles and concepts
- Ability to develop and execute effective social media campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and proven ability to work well under pressure

Pay: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 per month
