As an **Operations Support**, you will support the administrative process of the operation to better serve our customers.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Requesting Detention
- Requesting Layover
- Requesting Truck Orders Not Used (TONU)
- Requesting Stop offs
- Requesting any accesorials due as per manager instructions.
- Duplicating loads for TONUs and loads that need additional accessorials after the main loads are already billed
- Send out revised and new rate confirmations.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to Detail
- Proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and with other cultures.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months of experience in Back office or Customer Service.
- Experience in logistics is desirable.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 - C1 preferred.

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**:On-site Medellin - We Work Santafe
- **Salary**: 2.500.000 cop
