En nuestra sede ubicada en Calle 10 Sur #48B-29, Medellín, estamos en busca de un(a) Client and Operations Support. Este emocionante rol implica ser el punto focal en el proceso de reclutamiento, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y una ejecución eficiente desde la identificación de requisitos hasta concretar como tal la prestación del servicio.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Garantizar la comunicación y el cumplimiento de actividades entre el reclutador y los BDR's (vendedores) para mantener la estabilidad en el proceso.
- Mantener reuniones periódicas con equipos de reclutamiento para anticipar posibles retrasos y gestionar planes de mitigación.
- Colaborar estrechamente con BDR's (vendedores) asignados para desarrollar estrategias basadas en sus aportes.
- Administrar la correspondencia del departamento y actualizar el documento de seguimiento de vacantes.
- Realizar seguimientos necesarios mediante tickets para garantizar el progreso del proceso.
Requisitos indispensables:
- Dominio de Excel y Microsoft Office.
- Buen manejo del inglés (nível B2+).
- Habilidades interpersonales destacadas: organización, atención al detalle, habilidades de resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
Que ofrecemos?
- Contrato a tiempo completo (45 horas semanales) con una remuneración competitiva de 2,800,000 COP. + Auxilio de transporte
- Horario de Lunes a Viernes - 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

**Salary**: $2,800,000 per month
