**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
This job is passionate about making a difference public health and prevention in vaccines private market, motivated by challenges, and energized by achievements, implementing innovative and highly effective strategies to achieve sales objectives of the company.
This position reports to Head Vaccines and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Holistic sales executive who will be responsible for developing the private market in Vaccines, from demand generation to sales management and customer payments.
- Implementation of the brand strategy in key stakeholders in the private market in vaccines (Pediatricians, Infectologists, GPs, Nurses, IM).
- Responsible for increasing awareness of the risks of Dengue and the importance of adequate prevention with TAK-003 as a key element in the prevention approach.
- Positioning Takeda Vaccines as an important player in the Colombian private market.
- Positioning TAK-003 as the best alternative for the prevention of Dengue complications and as the ideal complement within the current vector control program tools.
- Positioning through the proper use of the Onmichannel strategy the message in health professionals about the importance of preventing Dengue complications, understanding the journey from the perspective of the consumer and not the patient.
- Segmentation and targeting of the KOLs and institutions with focus on vaccines private market.
- Implement digital tactics with fully understanding of the omnichannel strategy.
- Develop the commercial strategy of the Vaccines clients in charge.
- Continous training in clinical trials and new advances.
- Design and implement the account plans focusing on increase the performance of the zone.
- Achieve objective sales for Vaccines unit.
- Teamwork with access and KAMs to ensure compliance of the route to purchase.
- Coordination of educational activities aimed to multidisciplinary teams (nurses, Pharmacists).
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
***Experience & Education**:
- Profesional degree.
- Desire experience in Vaccine as a sales and promotion representative.
- At least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales and promotion represantative, with prescriptions and consumers brands; is not necessary experience in high-cost brands.
- Experience in sales responsibilities.
- Understanding of the Colombian health care system.
- Fully understanding of the clinical trials.
- Knowledge of the competitors.
- Segmentation of KOLs according to believes and behaviors.
**Competences & Skills**:
- Comprehensive customer management from demand generation to sales, inventory, and balance management.
- Negotiation skills and comprehensive management of clients with clear commercial skills.
- Innovative and dynamic with a genuine interest to learn.
- Reliable and goal oriented.
- Teamwork.
- Analytic thinking and data management capabilities.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
Este rol tiene como propósito trabajar apasionadamente para marcar la diferencia en salud pública y prevención en el mercado privado de vacunas, motivado por desafíos y energizado por logros, implementando estrategias innovadoras y altamente efectivas para lograr los objetivos de ventas de la empresa.
La posición reporta a la Head Vaccines y tiene base en Bogotá, Colombia.
**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Ejecutivo de ventas integral que será responsable de desarrollar el mercado privado de vacunas, desde la generación de demanda hasta la gestión de ventas y pagos de clientes.
- Implementación de la estrategia de marca en stakeholders claves del mercado privado de vacunas (Pediatras, Infectólogos, GPs, Enfermeras, MI).
- Responsable de aumentar la conciencia sobre los riesgos del dengue y la importancia de una prevención adecuada con TAK-003 como elemento clave en su prevención.
- Posicionar a Takeda Vacunas como un actor importante en el mercado privado colombiano.
- Posicionar a TAK-003 como la mejor alternativa para la prevención de las complicaciones del Dengue y como el complemento ideal dentro de las herramientas actuales del programa de control de vectores.
- Posicionar, mediante el uso adecuado de la estrategia Onmicanal, el mensaje en los profesionales de la salud sobre la importancia de prevenir las complicaciones del Dengue, entendiendo el recorrido desde la perspectiva del consumidor y no del paciente
- Segmentación y targeting de los KOLs e instituciones con foco en el mercado privado de vacunas.
- Implementar tácticas digitales con total comprensión de la estrategia omnicanal.
- Desarrollar la estrategia comercial de los clientes de Vacunas.
- Entrenamiento continuo en ensayos clínicos y nuevos avances.
