We’re looking for a motivated and driven sales representative to join our team at Canada World School. The sales representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help expand our reach and impact.
**As a** **Sales Specialist specialist at Canada World School,** help us grow and expand our partnerships with schools and language-learning institutes around the world. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships and establishing long-lasting relationships with our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Acquiring new partnerships with schools and language-learning institutes
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify potential private schools and language-learning institutes in Colombia and around the world to partner with Canada World School
- Developer Sales Material to present to partner schools
- Reach out to potential partners to introduce Canada World School and the benefits of the OSSD program
- Presenting the benefits of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and Canada World School to potential clients
- Provide presentations and materials to potential partners to showcase the OSSD program and its impact on students
- Providing schools with information about the curriculum, online platform, and post-secondary opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with current partners to ensure their satisfaction with the program and identify any areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the curriculum support specialist to ensure successful implementation of the OSSD program at partner schools
- Attending meetings with potential clients to offer our services
- Respond to inquiries from potential partners and answer any questions they may have
- Negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with terms
- Keeping track of partnership performance and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English (C1+)
- Experience in sales or business development is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel occasionally to visit partners
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Moodle and Canva is a plus
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Experience in operations management is an asset
**Location**: This is a remote job. Canada World School is located in Toronto, Ontario, but our team is 100% remote. However, some scheduling and meetings will be necessary.
**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 per month
