**Project Manager**
- Coordinate with senior leadership to understand and define business objectives, and actively propose Core systems enhancement projects and initiatives in support of these objectives.
- Prioritize and plan requests for enhancements to the Core systems for one or more functional departments.
- Lead the collaborative solution definition process with System Engineers and IT Leads.
- Overall project management of intermediate-to
- advanced Core systems related projects in support of one or more functional department.
- Test and approve final product delivered.
- Participate in the definition and review of project management practices, policies, and procedures employed within the group.

**Related Business/Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, best practices; SME as to TDSYNNEX policies, processes, and procedures for multiple functional departments, vendors or internal requests.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cross departmental processes and procedures.
- Comprehensive level of familiarity with project management policies and theories.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge using Project Management tools as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

**Job Complexity**
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

**Experience**
- Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
- At this level, post-graduate coursework may be desirable.
