Estamos buscando un Project Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en Colombia.

El Project Manager es responsable de gestionar la relación con nuestros artistas a través de la creación y posterior ejecución de planes de marketing para los nuevos lanzamientos y el catálogo de nuestro roaster. Este rol requiere comunicación y coordinación integral interna y externa, así como una comprensión profunda de las plataformas digitales y las redes sociales.

Como parte del equipo de ONErpm, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con un grupo talentoso y abierto a conocer nuevas personas y a escuchar nuevas propuestas. Dominarás la creación de campañas especializadas y destacarás en la colaboración con socios para cumplir objetivos y brindar soporte funcional.

Como Project Manager te encargarás de:

- Gestionar el portafolio de campañas de lanzamiento de artistas / sellos discográficos con base en las necesidades del proyecto y / o artista en cuestión. Estos planes sugeridos deben tener un análisis profundo de data para proponer siempre acciones encaminadas a cumplir objetivos concretos.
- Ser soporte principal para los clientes, detectando soluciones prácticas y efectivas a sus necesidades, así como liderar discusiones complejas.
- Analizar, monitorear y detectar el desempeño de los lanzamientos.
- Asegurar la colaboración cruzada entre los distintos departamentos de marketing para generar exitosos desempeños de nuestros productos.
- Proponer estrategias enfocadas y delimitadas a las necesidades de cada artista y sello discográfico
- Hacer reportes de resultados para lanzamientos específicos
- Manejar planes para prioridades internacionales para proporcionar un apoyo especial desde nuestro territorio Andino y Caribe.
- Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas desde el área de marketing con agentes externos a la compañía que puedan brindar servicios para nuestros artistas.
- Proponer y manejar presupuestos de diferentes cuantías.

La persona que buscamos deberá tener:

- Experiência relevante en marketing digital trabajando con una DSP (plataforma de streaming), un sello importante/indie, una empresa de entretenimiento, management de artistas, promotor musical u organización comparable, obtenida a través de 3 o más años de experiência.
- Conocimiento profundo de plataformas de streaming y listas de reproducción, gestión de marca, desarrollo de artistas, relaciones públicas, marketing digital y redes sociales.
- Historial comprobado de trabajo exitoso para gestionar un gran volumen de comunicaciones y reuniones.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Creatividad y voluntad de pensar fuera de lo convencional.
- Comprensión de las herramientas analíticas estándar de streaming y marketing musical.
