**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for the end-to-end management of the service and customer focus

Responsible for the financial health of projects and efficiency actions and identification of new growth opportunities for the account.

Team leader and responsible for delivery under contract scope, deliverables and compliance with Service Levels.

Responsible for auditable processes of assurance, quality, CRM, Risk & compliance.

**We are looking for a Project Manager with**:

- **PMP Certified Project Manager (desirable)**:

- **Studies and/or Certification Agile, Scrum (is a must)**:

- **Experience of 2-3 years in the role of Project Manager in at least three of the following**:

- **Digital transformation**:

- **Consulting in IT transformation**:

- **Applications development**:

- **Implementation Projects of Hardware and/or Software technologies**:

- **Migrations and upgrades**:

- **Management of tools such as Microsoft Planer, Project. Desirable - trello knowledge, Jir**:

- **English language B1 or B2 (desirable)**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Technical skills in systems

English, Management of MS Office Tools

Minimum 2 years of experience, Certified Project Management Professional PMP.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Knowledge in MS Project.

Technical knowledge about Cloud.

ITIL certified, Scrum.
**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Education**

Technical Diploma
