**Job Description**:
Summary:
The Digital Solutions Manager for Latin America (LAM) leads the Digital Solutions Business Unit (DGS) with a team of Oil&Gas digital experts in various domains scattered in Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, and Argentina. It is responsible for the delivery of projects and support services to our customers with quality, safety, efficiency and reliability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reports to Digital Automation Solutions and Services of Sensia (DASS) LAM Regional Director
- On day-to-day basis leads and ensures delivery of best in class solutions and services with relevant regulatory and technical standards
- Provides inputs to the DGS Annual Operational Plan for LAM
- Provides inputs of the DGS monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to the financial results for LAM
- Provides inputs to the DGS monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue forecasts by working closely with Sales team.
- Defines yearly objectives to direct reports and conduct yearly performance appraisals.
- Reviews and approves technical and commercial project and service proposals according to margin targets and into the delegation of authority boundaries.
- Evaluates technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders as related to the area of expertise.
- Define and build talent strategy according to business needs and support corporate culture adoption to retain key talent.
- Liaises with other Sensia BUs, Product, Technology and Function teams and parent company teams to achieve corporate goals.
- Explore opportunities for value added products and services.
- Assist identifying areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied in conjunction with the DGS Center of Excellence.
- Works with Sales and Commercial teams to engage new customers by facilitating resources to build proof of concepts.
- Triggers and participate in QHSE activities and reporting related to the domain.
- Acts in real-time of incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise.
- Actively participate in defining the governance operating model in coordination with the leadership team
- Encourages direct reports and the organization to deliver and participate in industry events and conferences virtually or physically.
- Contributes, writes and reviews technical publications.
- Participates and gives input to technical career promotion committee on specific cases
- Engage with local universities, customer institutes and research organizations.
- Participate in external technical societies and communities.
- Builds partnerships with potential business allies to strengthen the delivery capabilities.
- Understand the competition’s technical offering and provide input to marketing and sales business strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 20 years of experience in Digital Solutions and Services in
- 10 years of experience in people leading positions

Qualifications preferred:

- Masters Degree
- PMP Certification
- Six Sigma Certification
- SPE Affiliation
- Field Experience

Software knowledge preferred:

- Fundamental Production data management
- Fundamental Reservoir surveillance systems
- Fundamental Real time process automation platforms
