**Job Description**:
As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with client procurement and cost consultant teams as needed
- Provide consulting on schedules, staffing availability, and feasibility of creative ideas
- Ensure that processes and workflows are properly followed
- Oversee all digital production engagements for the office, partnering closely with the agency Leads and client/creative teams to ensure all work aligns to original concepts and creative vision throughout the production process
- Demonstrate value on day to day basis, helping to deliver quality work, best practices, and innovative ideas.
- Serve as a true partner to creative teams to identify/propose production solutions to elevate the quality of work
- Ensure the agency has assets and all critical information needed to deliver work, on time and on budget, and assigns jobs to the offshore team
**Qualifications**:
Production Manager desired skill set to be successful in role are as follows:
- 2-3+ years in as a digital producer with digital production expertise
- Studies and experience in Project Management
- Well versed in all aspects of **digital production**, with a passion for keeping ahead of emerging technologies to help us innovate our work and process
- Creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills are a must
- Experience managing cross discipline people in the production industry, and demonstrated skills in managing and growing a cross disciplined team
- Demonstrate leadership, confidence and a positive attitude at all times
- Client facing skills integral to position (relationship management, technology/digital production knowledge)
- Listening, mediating, and issue resolution skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents
- B2 English
