**What you will do**

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Designing, deploying and maintaining the cloud infrastructure required for each one of our digital solutions including ec2 instances in both Linux and Windows, Docker containers, databases, gateways, Access Control Lists and permissions for our external vendors. All this will require expertise in AWS.
- Identifying and developing digital automation projects at the affiliate level and potentially being part of the automation teams/efforts at the ELMAC level; the role is responsible for providing cost savings analysis and determining the feasibility of the solution, providing support and/or develop the solution, providing training on the use of the solution and will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement on them. For all this, the responsible on the role will require expertise on the entire UiPath solution and the use of Agile methodologies.
- In terms of software development, it is not expected that the responsible person will develop Apps, Portals or software but it is expected to providing guidance on which solutions already exists in the company and in case nothing can cover our needs then this person will be providing decisions on which technology to use, will support the decision process on which vendor to use, will run the entire GIP (Global Information Protection) process, will design and setup the AWS infrastructure required, will be the project manager using agile methodologies and will be key for the testing and go live processes.
- Providing agile coaching and supporting the inception of agile attitude and ways of working at the affiliate level, as part of this, the responsible will be training new Agile Teams and will be key to train new SCRUM Masters and Product Owners in accordance with Amgen’s defined methodologies and criteria defined by the Agile Capabilities Center in HQ.
- Designing and creating Google Analytics dashboards to track the performance of our digital assets; all this in alignment with our locally defined strategy and required important metrics.

- Cloud infrastructure should be aligned with Amgen standards.
- 100% of digital solutions should have the GIP process completed and continuously updated.
- Digital projects should be delivered on time in accordance with defined timelines/roadmaps
- Defined important metrics for the digital assets should have tracking dashboards/capabilities.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR
- Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience similar position in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SCRUM Master certification; SCRUM coach desired.
- Digital Marketing related experience and/or knowledge.
- Software development projects experience; SCRUM developer not required but preferred.
- SaFE (Scaled Agile Framework) knowledge.
- AWS certifications.
- UiPath Experience.
- Google Analytics knowledge.
- Business Analyst experience could be useful.
