**About Us**:
Roles/Responsibilities:
In this role you are reporting to the Regional Technical Support Manager.

**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Key participant in the regional Technical Support team - title will be Flexo Solutions Engineer
- Performs remote support via the phone and dedicated tools (as part of escalation process).
- Deliver Proactive services (Preventive Maintenance and Plateroom Audit) at customer sites
- Provides technical consultation to support customer innovation and drive greater business value for customers
- Perform Installations and upgrades of Miraclon FLEXCEL Solutions

- Self starter - highly motivated to “make it happen”
- Curious and interested to learn and develop additional skills
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the flexographic prepress and printing industry
- Good writing and analytical skills to summarize technical situations and path forward
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to follow instructions and processes as defined in Miraclon playbooks
- Ability to interact with High level support roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and in an environment where multiple goals and tasks mandate planning and prioritisation
- Strong customer focus and right attitude to address problems resolution in order to deliver service excellence and customer delight
- Willingness to travel extensively

**Required Experience**:

- In-depth technical knowledge of Flexographic equipment - Imagers, Laminators and processing line equipment. Ideally Kodak/Miraclon equipment and Laminators, but knowing competitor’s system and relationship with flexography OEM are of advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years experiences in flexographic pre-press and/or printing, or general printing service
- Track record of high quality performance and results.
- Experience working in a “hands-on” and “field” position with relatively little supervision.
- PC skills including basic excel and Powerpoint for analysis and communication
