You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading Software, Web and mobile app development for business in North America helping independent retailers adopt and embrace this new key component of their digital marketing solution. The Jr. Solutions Engineer will make key modifications and resolve issues across both front and
back-end platforms. Their focus will be to enhance system while minimizing potential disruptions.

**The Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and third-party companies to outline and understand their specific requirements, challenges and goals.
- Design and develop customized solutions tailored to customer needs
- Revisions or requests may be design or technical in nature, requiring adaptability in both areas.
- Facilitate and provide technical, product and business knowledge to teams and customers.
- Communicate complex technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Provide solution consultation and technical direction to the sales team and ensure client satisfaction.
- Directly engage with the customer on high profile and complex projects to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Identify and evaluate on-going customer needs to maintain long-term customer relationship.
- Execute web design updates and revisions for existing client websites.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Familiar with Bootstrap
- Proficient in using Sublime and Visual Studio environments.
- Javascript Experience
- Proficiency in Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager)
- Familiarity with DNS
- Strong English communication skills to effectively work with more experienced Solutions Engineers
- Python or PHP experience is a Plus
