Workplace Solutions Engineer

As a **Workplace Engineer**, you will be a key member of the Corporate Workplace and Collaboration team, tasked with defining and evolving the global modern workplace for our employees.

You will serve as the team expert in **Microsoft and Google Workspace** suite and collaborate closely with IT specialists to evaluate, design, and implement collaboration solutions that meet business needs and leverage the latest features and technologies.

Additionally, you will ensure standardization and optimization of corporate services in the workplace domain and manage key stakeholder demands.

**Key responsabilities**:

- Design and deliver complex collaboration solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs while ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
- Support the Merge and Acquisitions team on integration strategy.
- Serve as Tier 3 support and escalation contact for advanced troubleshooting and investigation of complex incidents for the Operations Center based in Manila.
- Execute non-standard service requests and complex operational tasks as needed.
- Document best practices, knowledge bases, and operations manuals for operational teams.
- Work with external service providers such as Microsoft, Google, and Accenture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Microsoft Certifications are an advantage.
- Fluent in **English**

**Experience**:

- ** At least 3 years of technical experience with Google Workspace solutions**.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of Google Voice and Teams telephony.
- Experience in data migrations between M365 and Google Workspace using tools like BitTitan and ShareGate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, and basic Azure services.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and knowledge of Microsoft Graph.

**Skills**:

- Strong project coordination and escalation management skills.
- Proficiency in working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to coach, influence stakeholders, and deliver presentations.
- Strong technical writing skills.

- Coordinate with Microsoft account teams and external service providers.
- Engage with the IT Demand Management team to address assigned IT demands.
- Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders, including country IT teams.
- Participate in global projects as a project member when required.
