**Role Objective**:

- The operations analyst will be responsible for optimizing processes and generating efficient, scalable and customer-centric solutions, in order to secure the best experience for all our stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop analytical frameworks on important strategic decisions in order to ensure that we are building a “balanced” marketplace for our customers, commercial partners, and courier partners.
- 2. Build scalable tools and dashboards to boost efficiency and effectiveness for country teams to optimize Rappi’s marketplace parameters and standardize operating procedures
- 3. Work closely with other members of the global team to measure and communicate the impact and efficiency of new business processes
- 4. Present analyses and findings to team leaders and cross functional partners
- 5. Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city-level, country, and expansion efforts

**Key Requirements**:

- 1. 1+ years of operations management experience; 1+ of those years in investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience
- 2. Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics o Engineer
- 3. B2 in English required and proficiency in Spanish
- 4. Very strong communication and organization skills
- 5. Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
- 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems logically
- 7. Ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
- 8. Proficiency with Gsheets/Excel
- 9. Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment

**Desired Requirements**:

- 1. Proficiency in SQL
