**Misión del cargo**:
The focus here is on standardization and quality assurance of worldwide financial processes as well as on the interfaces to other areas.
**Funciones del cargo**:
Timely and compliant processing of master data requirements in the areas of customers, vendors and banks (creation, change, deletion) in the CMS system.
Checking for duplicates and assure high quality data.
Training of new team members, requesters and other employees in the finance department or at other transfer points.
Perform and support monthly and annual closing activities for companies in service.
Constant assurance of data quality within the area of General Accounting.
Analysis and reconciliation of GL accounts to ensure that entries and balances are correct.
Preparation of journal entries such as T&E, reimbursements, accruals & provisions, payroll, deferrals, Income tax by ensuring entries are recorded in accordance with global standards and all deadlines are accomplished.
Developing, modifying and maintaining documentation and training materials.
Constant communication with the Headquarters in Germany.
Interaction with accounting departments from different countries within the IBERO-LATAM region.
**Requisitos**:
2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
Bachelor’s degree or currently in the last semester of accounting.
