They will be responsible for leading the development department, enhancing workflow processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions to support business objectives. **The Role**: **Working Hours**: Mondays - Fridays, 6AM-3PM Central European Time 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time As our **Technical Development Manager**, you will lead and drive the successful execution of development projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budgets. In this role, you will enhance team productivity and foster professional growth through effective mentorship, while implementing robust technical strategies to improve system stability and performance. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee the development department’s workforce and initiatives. - Mentor and coach direct reports on professional growth and development. - Serve as the point of escalation for technical issues, critical projects, and key accounts. - Engage in pair programming with direct reports to foster skills enhancement. - Participate in technical recruiting efforts and conduct Hiring Manager interviews with applicants. **Must-Haves**: - At least 10 years of relevant experience in a technical leadership or management role. - A proven track record of leading development teams and delivering technical solutions. - Deep understanding of React/Next.js, ES6+ JavaScript, RESTful APIs, networking, and CI/CD deployments. - Proficient in version control tools like Git/GitHub and SVN. - Skilled in CSS/SCSS and Tailwind. - Experience with CMS platforms like Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, and Wix. - Knowledge of SEO strategies, focusing on on-page optimization and keyword analysis. - Familiarity with analytics tools, preferably Google Tag Manager (GTM). - A collaborative team player who can also drive independent results. - Proactive in addressing issues and seeking continuous improvement. - Adaptable to changing technologies and project needs. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs. - Resilient under pressure and able to handle multiple priorities. **Nice-to-Haves**: - Experience with Agile project management methodology - CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification **Why You'll Love Working Here**: - ** Professional Development Budget**: We invest in your continuous learning by offering access to courses, conferences, and certifications that align with your career goals.
