**Position**: Insurance Support Specialist
**Location**: Onsite Bogotá - Sura Rosales, Quinta Camacho, Calle 72 #8-24 Ed. Suramericana
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. _**Weekends OFF**_
**What will you do in this role?**
Support the sales team in account management, documentation, and client follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, quotes, illustrations, and presentations for clients.
Assist clients, agencies, and brokers during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, top-tier service.
Organize and maintain digital records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Oversee administrative tasks and produce commission and sales statements.
Translate documents between Spanish and English as needed.
**Who are we looking for?**
2+ years of experience in sales support, with mandatory insurance industry experience (**life insurance or banking**).
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work in dynamic environments with attention to detail.
Experience supporting senior management and handling client relationships.
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience using CRMs or management software.
