We’re Hiring | Insurance Support Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
*Location: Onsite in Bogotá - Sura Rosales, Quinta Camacho
*Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Weekends OFF
We’re a boutique life insurance provider serving high-net-worth families with tailored solutions and exceptional service. We're looking for a sharp and reliable *Insurance Support Specialist* to join our team.
*What you'll do:
- Support sales operations and manage client accounts
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and client presentations
- Coordinate onboarding with clients, brokers, and agencies
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate records and digital filing systems
- Translate documents (Spanish-English and vice versa)
*What you bring:
- 2+ years of sales support experience in life insurance or banking
- Excellent communication in both English and Spanish
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- A “get-it-done” attitude and strong team spirit
*Bonus points if you:
- Have supported senior management
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Are proactive, coachable, and eager to grow
*Location:* Sura Rosales, Calle 72 #8-24, Edificio Suramericana - Bogotá
