We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced A/R Specialist to join our finance team. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

**Requirements**:

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding billing issues and discrepancies.

BenefitsSalary: Up to $4M COP Monthly
Contract: Indefinite Labor Contract
Location: Colombia - Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
