Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Our remote team is on the lookout for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, with a specialization in cloud infrastructure provisioning and data migration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting user requirements and devising solutions that meet their needs
- Synchronizing with cross-functional teams, among which are the storage and networking groups, as you work towards the goal of seamless project completion
- Creating high-level, low-level end-end infrastructures using tools like draw.io
- Guaranteeing On-premise infra design and On-Premise to cloud connectivity is sound
- Overseeing cloud infrastructure provisioning, particularly focusing on Amazon Web Services and Kubernetes
- Verifying a sound understanding of cloud security, as well as experience in Cloud networking (VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP, UDP)
- Connecting with a mentor for continuous evolution of both technical and soft skills

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5 years in cloud infrastructure provisioning and data migration, with a focus on Amazon Web Services or Systems Engineering
- Grasp of On-premise infra design and On-Premise to cloud connectivity
- Knowledge of Networking Terminology (On-promise/Cloud), inclusive of experience in Cloud networking (VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP, UDP)
- Proficiency in Linux, and experience with terraform, CloudFormation, compute, ECS, ECR, EKS, RDS, server migration service, and data migration service
- Experience with Docker containerization technology and related management systems such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including experience in coordinating cross-functional teams for project completion
- Fluent in spoken and written English to facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience or knowledge in providing IT Support to Pharmaceutical Labs
- Familiarity with Docker containerization technology and corresponding management systems such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
