We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Site Reliability Engineer** (SRE) to join our dynamic team. As an SRE at Definity First, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain our infrastructure, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies. This is a **remote position** open to any part of **LATAM.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL Server and/or MongoDB
- 3+ years of experience in REST Services, JSON, XML, Web APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure components.
- Advanced English

Desirable
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- OpenAI, ChatGPT

**Main Activities**
- Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement automation solutions for deployment, configuration, and orchestration.
- Conduct system performance analysis and capacity planning.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical issues outside of regular business hours
