The Invoice-to-Cash Supervisor (I2C) is responsible for influencing business decisions to meet or exceed financial commitments in the business and strategic plans related to Invoice-to-Cash Process, Credit & Risk Management, Accounts Receivables Management, Portfolio Efficiency, Reserves, Reports, and Controls Accountability, DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) and Past Due Reduction with focus on Sales-to-Cash process improvements and long-term sustainability partnering constructively with stakeholders towards cash conversion cycle. Support and lead diverse organizational transformation projects. Provides financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff. Ensures that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place following local government laws and corporate policies and leading a group of professionals, to ensure the correct alignment with the Cash flow generation and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Led Invoice-to-Cash Latam North Region for Medtech, lifting process to achieve high standards of results, controls, and compliance, reporting to the I2C Manager inside the Global Services Finance Organization (GSF).
- Serve as a Trusted Business Partner to BU (Business Unit Leaders), BUF (Business Unit Finance leaders), and other business Stakeholders, focusing on Credit & Risk mitigation alongside Cash Flow generation and BU/I2C KPIs improvement.
- Harmonize and support other North Latam markets (i.e. Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panama).
- Serve as Cash Flow Office focal point for Medtech North Region to guarantee Advanced Portfolio Management with a proactive approach with key customers and stakeholders.
- Partnering with different internal Sales-to-Cash stakeholders to anticipate P&L impacts and achieve high standards on AR forecast accuracy, Reserves, Reports, Controlling, and disputes resolution.
- Acts as liaison with internal and external stakeholders when appropriate. Analyzes company's actual performance vs. business plan, which may include AR, DSO, profitability, and variances analysis.
- Ensure the policies and procedures applied to meet finance group objectives, with a focus on Sales-to-Cash routines: - Perform and support the financial closings.
- Deliver and analyze reporting, KPIs, and operational follow-up.
- Understand from an end-to-end perspective the Credit and Collections processes preventing any impact due to a customer's special contracts or conditions.
- Identify operational risks that could impact the process.
- Support I2C area Budget controlling, with accountability.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Lead monthly business reviews with Sr. Leaders driving appropriate action plans.
- Support process standardization efforts within the cluster & manage metrics/value realization tracking also managing appropriate database and information.
- Participate in process, documentation, and DTP (Desktop Procedures)/WI (Working Instructions) reviews to ensure impact for GS (Global Services) inclusive of training and Change & Comms strategies.
- Facilitate execution timelines aligned with the GS (Global Services) roadmap.
- Support talent strategy for the Northern Region Team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above - Finance, Business Administration or Accountant.
- Desired solid I2C operation experience across all processes with a good track record. Accounting, Audit, Projects, or FP&A experience would be a plus.
- Strategic 360º Mindset, with highly proactivity ways of working.
