Responsible for the definition, development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plans for each of the brands, to achieve the objectives in compliance with marketing guidelines and policies. Effective management of company resources.

**Universal Accountabilities**:
**Understanding market**: Evaluate competitors offer, strengths and weaknesses

**Brand Strategy**: Develop consumer communication calendar, define pricing plan, define marketing products content considering the following activities: Product image & Product copies.

**Definition, manage and report of the marketing budget**: Build an A&P Budget aligned to ABP strategies for: Brand Ambassadors & Displays

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration.

+3 years in Marketing positions of massive consumer products.

Basic understanding of mass consumption companies and processes.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners

Great communication skills in English

Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value-added work.

Commitment to service with both internal and external customers
