At Monstarlab we are on a growth journey and we need a new colleague to become a strong brand ambassador guarding our corporate visual identity (CVI) As our new Junior Graphic Designer within Global Corporate Communications and Marketing, you will help us achieve our mission to change the world with technology.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
Our Junior Graphic Designer will support the communications and marketing teams across the globe with the production of all graphical assets to make the Monstarlab brand come to life across digital and non-digital channels.

You are responsible for making sure that our local offices as well as our global communications and marketing team have all the tools, templates and resources available to make their own graphical assets, but a large part of your work will be to produce the assets yourself. Together with our Brand Manager and Designer, you will furthermore play a vital role in the development of our CVI, where continuous improvement of our brand guidelines are vital, which will enable Monstarlab to continue to effectively build a strong brand globally.

**YOUR PRIMARY TASKS ARE TO**
- Become an expert in our CVI and to become a brand ambassador who enforces our brand guidelines across the organization
- Create visually strong assets to support online and offline communication and marketing activities.
- These could be: Presentations, social media assets, videos, printed materials, website design, icons, photos, advertisements (digital and print), gifs, documents, white-papers etc.
- Assist in improving, developing and implementing brand guidelines and templates
- Monitor external and internal facing materials and platforms to ensure they live up to brand standards
- Improve and maintain our global asset library to enable all Monstars to create materials using appropriate assets
- Identify and recommend best practices on a regular basis

- Education
- Minimum one year of professional experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or equivalent with a portfolio to represent your work
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Ability to manage deadlines and produce products given a quick turnaround
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate business information into compelling visuals
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- You have a razor-sharp focus and are willing to take on a variety of tasks
- You must be client-focused, collaborative, and possess a high standard for design

**What We'll also Love You for - not a requirement - just a plus**
- Knowledge of print production processes
- Experience with CMS, like WordPress
- Experience with working across the Google Suite, specifically Docs and Slides
- Knowledge of photography and videography
- An understanding of the current digital requirements across social media platforms

You are based in Bogotá, Colombia, will report to our Brand Manager and work closely with another designer and all your colleagues in the Global Corporate Communications and Marketing teams around the world.
