We are seeking a **Business Development & Sales Specialist** to support our U.S.based construction company by following up on submitted estimates, gathering client feedback, managing CRM data, and helping convert bids into awarded projects.

This is a **remote position based in Colombia** and requires **100% English proficiency** (spoken and written), as all communication will be with U.S. clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather feedback on pricing, scope, and competitiveness
- Identify decision-makers, project start timelines, and approval processes
- Maintain organized and accurate data in the CRM
- Track bid status (pending, negotiating, awarded, lost)
- Support negotiations and assist in closing projects
- Provide pricing and market insights to internal teams

**Requirements**:

- **100% English proficiency (spoken and written)** — mandatory
- Experience in sales, business development, or client relations
- Highly organized and comfortable using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

**C1 English proficiency required. Applications below this level will not be considered.**

**Construction industry experience is a plus**
