**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for working in a mixed Azure and AWS cloud environment. The Cloud Architect responsibility is to manage cloud service components while maintaining their efficiency and availability as well as designing and proposing cloud architecture changes that lead to ongoing service optimization and improvement. Technical knowledge of virtual machines (IaaS, PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

Responsibilities include:

- The Cloud Architect should have skills in Cloud Architecture, Design and Solution Development for global client needs.
- Experience in Cloud Governance (Role assignment, permissions, policies, subscription management).
- Monitor and analyze network performance.
- Be attentive to customer requirements and discern which activities are within your role and when it should be escalated.
- Communicate clearly with IT and non-IT professionals to ensure effective use of all services.
- Define and ensure monitoring of cloud systems according to observability best practices.
- Maintenance and monitoring tasks, responding to alerts and trouble tickets. Escalating with the manufacturer and following up on requests.
- Configuring cloud environments to meet customer needs and designing systems for data management.

The professional leads, oversees, and maintains the multi-tenant computing environment according to the organization's requirements.
- Must select cloud providers considering technical requirements of the solutions to be deployed to customers.
- Responsible for the optimization of the cloud resources and cost management.
- Ensure the health status of backup and disaster recovery resources in the customer's cloud infrastructure.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 3 years of experience in administration and/or Azure public cloud Architect.
- 10 years of experience in the administration of virtualized systems or OS.
- Windows or Linux OS implementation and administration.
- Azure AZ900, AZ104, AZ305 Certifications

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Windows Certifications
- Linux Certifications
- VMware Certifications
- AWS or GCP Certifications
