Cloud Infra Architect, Professional Services

Bachelor technical degree or commensurate experience, and 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience - Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation - Direct hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience - Experience with integration of AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc. - Ability to communicate fluently in English in technical and business settings (verbal and written). This position supports Latin American customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with customers and partners internalizing their context while using your business and technical skills to design solutions based on requirements and constraints. You will own and complete key tasks and deliverables, and collaborate with others to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholders needs.
- Collaborate across the entire AWS organization to develop trusted relationships with customer key functional leaders and business leaders.
- Work with AWS engineering teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps. Influence roadmap changes to accelerate customer adoption and value.
- Collaborate with AWS field sales, technical sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS platform services.
- Travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed
