We seek a dedicated **Client Success Representative **to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing positive brand interaction. By earning our client's trust and loyalty, you will contribute to our revenue, velocity, and client happiness goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate the expectations of the claims process clearly to impact revenue and client satisfaction.
- Accurate recording of client interactions and appointments in the CRM.
- Timely collection of funds from clients through effective communication.
- Scheduling insurance adjuster appointments and managing calendar efficiencies.
- Clearly communicating the claims process to clients at key milestones.
- Exercising sound judgment in managing denied claims and re-inspections.
- Keeping tasks in the CRM current to maintain job velocity.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term brand loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build value, negotiate, and close effectively.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Adaptable to new responsibilities and dynamic environments.
- English proficiency in both written and verbal communication is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Competitive salary range: $7 - $10 per hour, commensurate with experience.
