**Position: Junior Commission Specialist**
**Location: Medellín**
**Work Arrangement: On-site 100%**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**
**Contract Type: Indefinite**
**Term Salary: Commensurate with experience**

**Description**:
A Junior Commission Specialist is an entry-level professional responsible for assisting with commission-related tasks within a company or organization. Their duties typically include processing commission payments, maintaining accurate records of sales and transactions, resolving commission discrepancies, and providing support to sales representatives or agents. Junior Commission Specialists often work under the supervision of senior staff members, learning the intricacies of commission calculations, policies, and procedures. They play a crucial role in ensuring that sales teams are compensated accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency and motivation of the sales workforce.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for the coordination and execution of commission processes.
- Process commissions on a weekly basis.
- Reporting on commission percentages based on premium received.
- Provide service by answering questions on commission structure or process.

**Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**:

- Advanced Excel skills; Experience with pivot tables and SEARCH.
- Bachelor's degree or studies in business, accounting, finance or related career.
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving skills.
