Department Overview NOLA Channel Business Motorola Solutions Colombia
**Job Description**:
The Sales Operations Analyst will work under general supervision of the NOLA Territory leaderand be responsible for supporting all of the sales organization, assisting in documentation of the Sales Operations processes as well as Sales Force reporting and adhoc projects as needed.

Manage, resolve and route Sales force related requests from business users

Manage the lead import process for all sales campaigns

Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboard analytics

Create project timeline, task list and for the projects assigned within Sales Operations

Participate in data analysisvalidation and User Acceptance Testing for Sales Operations

Assist in creating and updating training material for Sales and Sales Operations teams

Maintain SharePoint site for the Sales Operations to ensure standard structure and process is in place at all times and all documents are up to date on SharePoint

Business requirements gathering, fitgap analysis, and itemized documentation

Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma yo BS Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or other relative degree.

2 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working within a Sales department

Hands on experience with Sales force reporting, dashboards, knowledge of sales cycle

Fluency in Google Gmail, Google Drive, etc. and Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Demonstrated experience with SAP and SharePoint preferred

Database concepts including relational database principles & data storage

Process improvement and project management

Reporting principles and concepts, for example, variance analysis, detail and executive summaries, and effective commentary

Advanced analytical and judgment skills necessary to identify causeandeffect relationships and make recommendations

Proficient interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, employees, other departments

Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines

Travel as necessary
