Lo que haras:

- Dar seguimiento semanal de las actividades de venta a través de plataforma
- Dar el debido apoyo al equipo de ventas en el proceso de ofertas comerciales (licitaciones / bids)
- Coordinar necesidades de marketing con el equipo regional de marketing (marketing descendente / merchandizing)
- Seguimiento de los planes de venta, nível de cumplimiento de los objetivos y los pronósticos de resultados asociados
- Coordinar las actividades de forecast y presupuesto, asegurando que la información es correcta y entregada en los tiempos definidos
- Participar activamente en las reuniones de cierre mensual de P&L, apoyando a ventas y operaciones en el completo entendimiento de los resultados obtenidos y que los datos registrados sean consistentes con la realidad del negocio
- Preparar el reporte de comisiones para su aprobación para el Sales&Ops del territorio
- Seguimiento mensual al programa de eficiencia de costos por país en conjunto con la cost analyst de SSLAM

Experiência y habilidades requeridas:

- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en actividades similares en el área de finanzas y operaciones
- Grado universitario deseable en el area financiera
- Disponibilidad para viajar esporádicamente
- Ingles intermedio o avanzado
- Manejo de Office
- Dominio del idioma local (español)
- Vivir en Bogota o Yopal
