**Job Title: Case Manager Assistant - Personal Injury (Bilingual)**

**Location**: Remote

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Languages**: Spanish and English (required)

**Overview**

Key Responsibilities
- Support Case Managers with daily case management tasks across multiple active files.
- Coordinate medical appointments, send reminders, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Request, track, and review medical records and bills, ensuring documentation is accurate and related to the case.
- Maintain and update client records, forms (e.g., SR-1, SR-19), and case files in the firm’s software system (Filevine and Discovery).
- Communicate with medical providers and insurance carriers to confirm billing accuracy and subrogation status.
- Request police reports and assist in ensuring accurate documentation across all case components.
- Enter and track case data, deadlines, and task assignments in Filevine.
- Adjust due dates and task priorities if timelines shift, maintaining consistent progress on each case.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **1 year of experience** working in a personal injury law firm.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with handling medical records, billing, and insurance forms.
- Experience using legal case management systems such as **Filevine and Discovery** is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in **both Spanish and English**.
- Ability to manage sensitive client information with discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working within tight deadlines.
