As a Senior Account Coordinator at PlacidWay, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and retention of high-value accounts, including top-tier clinics and doctors across our platform. This is a remote, leadership-focused role that emphasizes long-term relationship-building and acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a point of contact. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Account Strategy**: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth, loyalty, and profitability. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize the value of the accounts. - **Managing Complex Accounts**: Manage a portfolio of "key" or "premium" clients. - **Internal Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams (to ensure all aspects of the client’s needs are met. - **High-Level Problem Solving**: Proactively address and resolve complex client issues, managing crisis situations when necessary to prevent customer churn. This includes identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate. - **Patient Journey Optimization**: Work with providers to streamline the patient journey, from inquiry to treatment. Recommend tools and approaches to enhance the overall patient experience and ensure positive outcomes. - **Weekly Pipeline & Performance Management**: Help providers manage their weekly patient inquiry pipeline, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to boost conversion rates and drive performance. **Required Skills and Experience**: - **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of account management experience, with a proven track record in retaining and growing high-value accounts. Previous experience in industries such as SaaS, BPO, or E-commerce is highly valued. **Hard Skills**: - **CRM Mastery**: Advanced experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with an in-depth understanding of their functionalities. - **Data Analysis**: Ability to analyze account data, create projections, and present business reviews to high-level clients. Experience in interpreting trends and making data-driven decisions. - **Negotiation Skills**: A proven history of successful contract negotiations, renewals, and resolving issues to ensure mutual benefit for both client and company. - **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions. - **Project Leader**: Demonstrated experience leading projects and collaborating effectively across teams. - **Proactive Negotiator and Problem Solver**: Skilled at negotiating and finding solutions to challenges, focusing on long-term outcomes. - **Stakeholder Influence**: Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals and company objectives. **Compensation and Benefits**: - **Compensation**: $700-$900 per month, plus performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to account growth and client portfolio success. - Paid Time Off (PTO) for personal matters, celebrations, or emergencies. - Professional development opportunities and continuous learning. - **Work Status**: Fully remote position.
