Detectar y resolver problemas operativos relacionados con los servicios de AWS de nuestros clientes, incluyendo EC2, RDS y otros servicios de la nube.
- Monitorear y analizar las métricas y los registros de los servicios de AWS para identificar comportamientos anómalos y tomar medidas preventivas para garantizar la operación normal de los servicios en la nube.
- Gestionar y resolver tickets de soporte de manera oportuna y efectiva, asegurando una excelente atención al cliente.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería para identificar problemas recurrentes y diseñar soluciones escalables para garantizar la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la seguridad de los servicios de AWS.
- Proporcionar recomendaciones para mejorar la arquitectura de la nube, basándose en las mejores prácticas de AWS.
- Administración y configuración de servidores Linux y Windows.
- Realizar configuraciones avanzadas y personalizadas de los servicios de AWS para satisfacer las necesidades específicas de los clientes.
- Automatizar tareas de administración y monitoreo en entornos de AWS y servidores Linux y Windows.
- Mantener actualizados los sistemas operativos y los servicios de software en los servidores Linux y Windows.
- Investigar y resolver problemas de seguridad en entornos de AWS y servidores Linux y Windows.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimiento profundo en AWS y experiência en la administración de servicios de AWS, incluyendo EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch y otros servicios en la nube.
- Experiência en la solución de problemas y la resolución de incidencias en entornos de producción en AWS.
- Conocimiento en monitoreo y análisis de logs y métricas en AWS.
- Experiência en administración y configuración de servidores Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) y Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
- Experiência en scripting y automatización en entornos de AWS y servidores Linux y Windows.
- Conocimiento en seguridad de servidores Linux y Windows y en el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Certificaciones en AWS (deseable)
