**WE ARE**:
SoftServe is doing their best to improve client's business. Our customer is a large company that provides means for business units to easily and securely deploy cloud-delivered products and services to their customers. One of the tasks is to provide a cloud platform to run containers for customers. The team is to provide infrastructure operations support and infrastructure issues troubleshooting by means of monitoring, logging and configuration management tools.
We are looking for an Engineer to join the team and be responsible for services support and configuring.
**YOU ARE**:
- A mature DevOps Engineer with advanced experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS is preferred)
- Skilled in designing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github)
- Experienced in deploying, monitoring, and administration of SQL/NoSQL DB
- Skillfully creating technical specifications or architecture visions: quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, technical and system requirements, cost optimization
- Having a good knowledge of configuration management systems (Ansible) and microservices and virtualization tools (KVM, Docker)
- Experienced in Python, Go, Ruby, Bash development
- Familiar with Jira, and Confluence, high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure
- Capable of providing support and assistance, incident management
- Pretty knowledgeable of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level (or at least Intermediate Strong)
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:
- Monitoring production environments: implementing new solutions to current infrastructure, reacting to alerts, and taking corresponding actions/investigation
- Monitoring and metrics systems: Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
Applications deployment using Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet
- SQL/ NoSQL DB management
- Networks monitoring and configuration

- Support thousands of clients worldwide by providing monitoring, metrics, and logging solutions
- Automate provisioning of infrastructure required for platform services and develop custom solutions for core services improvement
