The Process and Technology Analyst will be responsible for delivering business goals by assuring the security of supply, compliance, and transparency to the processes and optimum value for money as well as building external and internal stakeholder trust, preference, and advocacy. They will serve as a trusted advisor for other areas as well.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Lead evaluation of OSGT, or similar trade module, leveraging operating model for LATAM region by understanding local and regional needs and developing business cases when applicable
- Partner with trade operations, Planning, Warehouse, etc. in order to assure an efficient E2E process and technology
- Translate efficient knowledge of all rules and regulations for various business operations into viable trade solutions
- Lead and implement intraregional transportation service policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures
- LATAM Control Tower development and ownership in partnership with Process and Technology area and Global Stakeholders
- Make sure SOP (Standard operating procedure) and RACI are followed properly by all stakeholders, trade operations, and systems
- Connect with other regional and/or global teams to benchmark processes and technology involving trade operations
- Shape Intraregional transportation processes based on a strategic and innovative mindset to add value to the business, including connections with technology suppliers and consulting companies
- Responsible for regional system evaluations to improve productivity, bring standardization, and improve lead time reliability
- Continuous improvement through LEAN initiatives - Process and Technology
- Maintain efficient knowledge of all rules and regulations for various business operations
- Shape and execute international trade process in order to bring CIPs as per the company guidelines
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, engineering, business administration, or IT
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with International Trade/Supply Chain, including a proven track record of trade/ERP System Implementation
- Advanced in written and verbal English
- Intermediary to advanced in written and verbal Spanish
- Required Office package (excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SAP ERP
- Analytical and process-oriented, with strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach and ability to persuade and influence others in a multicultural environment
- Strong business/project acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Quick to learn
- Ability to lead by efficiently resolving conflicts with courtesy and confidence, and responds to issues and requests with a sense of urgency
- High degree of independent judgment, common sense, thoughtfulness, integrity, and transparency when making decisions
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Professional certifications such as APICS and Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization
- Multi-sector experience preferred
